Is this HR software?
No. It is a hands-on service. You work with a person, not a platform, and there is nothing new for you to learn.
Who do you work with?
Licensed child care centres in Ontario are our focus. We also support a small number of other Ontario employers with about 5 to 150 staff.
We already have an HR person. Can you help?
Yes. We support in-house HR teams with file audits, policy and handbook updates, compliance tracking and an experienced second opinion.
Do you work outside Ontario?
No. We work with Ontario employers under Ontario employment law only.
