Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Verdelle HR ("we", "us") respects your privacy and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), team size and your message. When you become a client: the business and employee information needed to deliver HR services.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, and send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect it

We collect only what we need, keep client and employee information in access-controlled business accounts, and limit access to the person doing your work. No employee personal information is entered into AI tools. Some providers may store data outside Canada; where they do, we use providers with strong contractual and security protections. Client service agreements include confidentiality terms.

Sensitive employee records

For child care clients this can include vulnerable sector checks, offence declarations, medical or accommodation notes and discipline records. These are handled only to deliver the agreed services and are never used for any other purpose.

Breaches

If a privacy breach affects your information, we will tell you promptly and follow PIPEDA breach reporting and record-keeping rules.

Retention and end of service

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete it. When a client relationship ends, we return the client's files and then delete our copies, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time by emailing us.
